Within this time frame, the order will be canceled free of charge if it has not yet been delivered to the carrier. Otherwise, shipping and return costs will be charged.
4. Terms of Sale
The customer can place a valid order through the Epiploxoros e-shop as long as he is legally competent according to the articles of the Hellenic Citizen
Code. Epiploxoros reserves the right to claim a refund from the supervisor or guardian of any orders placed by legally incompetent persons.
Epiploxoros has towards each customer all the obligations from the sales contract provided for in the Civil Code for the seller. Especially in the case of a product defect, the customer can request its repair without charge or its replacement with another one unless this is impossible or requires disproportionate costs, request a price reduction or withdraw, unless it is a material fact fault.
